A Wanaka Winter Wedding at the Lookout Lodge
Wanaka in winter is a magical place. Snow capped mountains and crisp, fine winter days can make for an extraordinary wedding day. The Lookout Lodge is an ideal venue for winter weddings with an outdoor fireplace and complete central heating inside. The sprawling lawn captures the majestic mountains and is drenched with sunlight until about 4:30 PM.
Enjoy mulled wine and champagne by the outside fire! If the weather is wet, we can host the ceremony inside where it warm and romantically lit with fairy lights and candles. There is an option to use our marquee with heaters as well. Bring your family and come for a week of skiing and a winter wedding everyone will remember!

We had our wedding at The Lookout Lodge in September 2017. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The lodge accommodated our family which was lovely. The view and the gardens are spectacular to have a wedding. Our guests were so impressed with the lovely lodge. Thank you again Nancy for all your hard work and organising!! Highly recommend!
